Wendy McLay commenced her career in law as a law clerk with Stewart Thompson & Francis (later Stewart & Noble Lawyers). In 2006, she began studying for her law degree with Deakin University, and graduated with Honours in 2011. Wendy then completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to practice in December 2011. She completed her two year supervised training period with Constable Connor gaining invaluable experience in the practice and procedure of wills litigation and deceased estates as a result of working closely with expert barristers and mediators in Melbourne on a regular basis.
